§ 17-2. Appointment and qualifications of director of city-county health district

The director of the Paris-Lamar County Health District shall be appointed in accord with the Revised Civil Statutes. He shall be a physician duly licensed to practice in this state and county, and shall be qualified under the minimum qualifications for directors, as established by the state board of health.
